½ cup of rolled oats
1 cup almond milk or your milk of choice
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 tbsp peanut butter
½ cup sliced banana
Mix ingredients together in a bowl
Put in mason jar and place in refrigerator overnight
