Known to our patients and in the community as Jersey Shore Medical Associates, we are proud to say we have been providing primary care services to the Monmouth County area for over 60 years. Established in 1961, our practice is committed to patient-centered individualized care for our patients, and we look forward to building long-term relationships which enables us to address the concerns of our patients overall health, not just a specific ailment.

Our practice has been recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) as a Patient-Centered Medical Home.The NCQA Patient Centered Medical Home standards emphasize the use of systematic, patient-centered, coordinated care that supports access, communication, and patient involvement. 

Our physicians are all board certified and many have also been nationally recognized by NCQA in their care of diabetes and heart/stroke. Our Nurse Practitioners are board certified by the ANCC and are proficient in all areas of primary care.

We offer well visits and same day sick appointments. Our services include both acute and chronic care as well as preventative care measures. We look forward to caring for all your primary care needs. New patients are welcome!
