Ellen Conner, M.D., Christopher Fabricant, M.D., and Nina Jacobson, M.D., are members of the faculty at Hackensack Meridian Health Jersey Shore University Medical Center where they teach and conduct research in addition to caring for patients. Our team of physicians are board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology with a secondary certification in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reproductive Surgery. While the primary focus is urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse, Dr. Fabricant also specializes in fecal incontinence and pelvic pain.
