The U.S. News survey included nearly 15,000 skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities across the country, designating ratings of “High Performing”, “Average” or “Below Average” for both long-term care and short-term rehabilitation. Facilities that earn a High Performing rating are eligible to display a U.S. News-trademarked Best Nursing Homes award badge. Only 19 percent of nursing homes across the country earn at least one badge from U.S. News.

Hackensack Meridian Health's skilled nursing facilities provide personalized care for patients ranging from long-term nursing care, short-term rehabilitation, post-hospital discharge and post-surgical care rehabilitation, hospice care, 24-hour skilled nursing, coordination of physician services and family counseling in a comfortable, home-like setting.
