Hackensack Meridian Health will bear the full financial responsibility of operating the state’s new, private medical school with Seton Hall University which is scheduled to open in July. Hackensack Meridian Health has announced it will establish a $100 million dollar fund for scholarships. So far, the university says it’s received more than 2,000 applications for 55 spots.
