Too many deliveries by C-section, report says

Ocean Medical Center was listed as one of the 11 hospitals in New Jersey that met Leapfrog’s standard of delivering no more than 23.9% of babies by cesarean section without medical necessity. The national rate exceeded the goal at 26.1%, but New Jersey was even higher at 27.84%.
