Hackensack Meridian Health Nursing & Rehab at Bayshore is staffed by dedicated professionals who are available around-the-clock, ensuring residents receive the support they need to maintain the independence and quality of life they desire.
Our highly trained nurses and certified nursing assistants attend to each resident’s physical, emotional, and medical needs. They monitor medications and develop health care plans to coordinate care and assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, walking, and eating.
All of our team members specialize in gerontology, and were selected based on our rigorous screening process that evaluates their proficiency as a compassionate caregiver. Many of our team members also live in our local communities, which gives them a strong connection to our residents.
