Four Hackensack Meridian Health Leaders Honored as Crain’s 2019 Notable Women in Health Care

Hackensack Meridian Health is pleased to announce that four of its leaders have been honored as Crain’s 2019 Notable Women in Health Care, recognized for their influence in the New York City health care community.
The Hackensack Meridian Health-affiliated honorees are: Dianne Aroh, MS, RN, FACHE, NEA-BC, executive vice president, chief clinical and patient care officer at Hackensack Meridian Health Hackensack University Medical Center; Theresa M. Brodrick, RN, Ph.D., NE-BC, executive vice president, chief nursing officer, Corporate Administration, for Hackensack Meridian Health; Nancy R. Corcoran-Davidoff, executive vice president, chief experience and human resources officer for Hackensack Meridian Health; and Bonita Stanton, M.D., founding dean of the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine at Seton Hall University, president, Academic Enterprise, Hackensack Meridian Health, and the Robert C. and Laura C. Garrett Endowed Chair for the School of Medicine Dean.

Ms. Aroh leads all clinical and patient care portfolios, and collaborates with the executive team members to advance the health network’s continuum of care, value capture initiatives, and geographic expansion strategy. Under her leadership, Hackensack University Medical Center is the only hospital in New Jersey and one of only two hospitals in the country to earn Magnet designation six times from the American Nurses Credentialing Center – the highest national honor for nursing excellence.
Dr. Brodrick is responsible for all nursing practices across Hackensack Meridian Health, establishing the health network’s nursing policies and overseeing the direction of nursing services, including: non-physician clinical affiliation partnerships, nursing education and research, patient safety and clinical quality of nursing, nursing-driven patient experience, and network magnet recertification and new certification.
Ms. Corcoran-Davidoff is responsible for the strategic leadership, design, implementation, and monitoring of programs and initiatives that fulfill the mission to achieve a high reliability culture focused on person-centered care models which provide an extraordinary human experience comprised of safety, quality, respect and empathetic care and services. She is also responsible for developing and executing the human resource strategy in support of the overall strategic direction of the health network.
Dr. Stanton is a visionary and dedicated medical educator who has created and implemented a remarkable approach to training physicians and health care leaders. Under her leadership, all aspects of the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine at Seton Hall University are driven by the outcome sought for every individual served by the School of Medicine’s graduates: every person in New Jersey, regardless of race, ethnicity and socioeconomic status, will enjoy the highest levels of health wellness in an economically sustainable fashion.
