Hackensack Meridian Health launched a new marketing campaign with a message that matches its mission: Keep Getting Better.

“Our Keep Getting Better campaign reflects our mission to transform health care and serve as a leader of positive change,” said Robert C. Garrett, FACHE, chief executive officer of Hackensack Meridian Health. “As our network evolves, we strive to keep getting better by advancing and elevating the care and innovation we provide so that our patients, their families, and the communities we serve will keep getting better -- by living life to its fullest and healthiest potential.”

More than three years after the merger to form Hackensack Meridian Health, the network has forged partnerships to advance cancer and behavioral health treatment, medical education, and innovation and research.

Recent milestones include: opening the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine at Seton Hall University, New Jersey’s first private medical school in decades to better prepare graduates for a new state of health care; opening the Hackensack Meridian Health Center for Discovery and Innovation, a state-of-the art research facility at the Interprofessional Health Sciences Campus located at the new School of Medicine; and merging with Carrier Clinic, the highly regarded New Jersey-based behavioral health provider, to transform the treatment of addiction and mental illness in New Jersey and beyond.

In addition, the National Cancer Institute approved the John Theurer Cancer Center at Hackensack University Medical Center, the flagship hospital of Hackensack Meridian Health, as a member of the NCI-designated Georgetown Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center Consortium.

“These achievements serve as a constant reminder of our dedication to those who place their trust in us,” said Dorie Klissas, senior vice president and chief marketing officer of Hackensack Meridian Health. “Working together, with this shared sense of responsibility and purpose, our team members meet people where they are, solving problems that matter and improving the quality of each life.”
