Hackensack Meridian’s Blake Recovery Center at Carrier Clinic has been recognized as part of Newsweek’s inaugural list of Best Addiction Treatment Centers 2020. This prestigious award is presented by Newsweek and Statista Inc., the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider.
The awards list can be viewed on the Newsweek website.
“This recognition by Newsweek magazine reaffirms Blake Recovery Center’s standing as the premier addiction treatment program in all of New Jersey,” said Patricia Toole, chief hospital executive at Carrier Clinic. “Blake’s inpatient and outpatient services have saved countless lives. We are honored to be cited for this important work and we vow to continue to aspire to the highest standards in addiction care.”
The Best Addiction Treatment Centers 2020 ranking lists the best facilities in the 20 states with the most number of facilities, according to the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). Newsweek and Statista designed a rigorous methodology that provided a score for every evaluated addiction center. The scores were based on the reputation survey conducted by Newsweek and Statista and the accreditation score based on SAMHSA data.
“Blake Recovery Center’s staff is ecstatic to be recognized as one of Newsweek’s Best Addiction Treatment Centers 2020, and they certainly deserve this honor,” said Donald J. Parker, president of Carrier Clinic. “This expertly trained, caring and dedicated group of professionals are the best in the business.”
Located on Carrier Clinic’s campus, Blake has served the state and nation’s needs for more than 40 years.
