- 1 large can Pumpkin
- 2 to 4 cups vegetable or chicken broth
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoon chili oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 2 tablespoon taco seasoning
Brown garlic in olive oil. Add pumpkin, broth and ginger and heat. Add chili oil and taco seasoning. Stir in. Add additional chili oil to taste.
