Hackensack University Medical Center Named to Newsweek’s– Best Hospitals USA List

Hackensack Meridian Hackensack University Medical Center has been named to Newsweek’s 2020 Best Hospitals – USA list. Hackensack University Medical Center ranked No. 55 on the 2020 list out of a total of 300 U.S. hospitals, distinguishing it as one of the best hospitals in New Jersey and in the nation.

According to Newsweek, its Best Hospitals – USA list was compiled from broader research on hospitals in 20 countries and one city-state, including the United States, Canada, Germany, France, United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Israel, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, India, Thailand, Australia, and Brazil. Hospital rankings are based on recommendations from medical professionals, results from patient surveys and key medical performance indicators.
