Team Member Resource Groups
At Hackensack Meridian Health, our Team Member Resource Groups (TMRGs) help us to create an environment where everyone feels a strong sense of belonging and is empowered to have a meaningful impact. TMRGs are voluntary, team member-led groups that are organized around shared interests. These groups are made up of team members in collaboration with OBI to create open forums for idea sharing, promoting cultural awareness and culturally competent care, contributing to strategic business objectives, supporting recruitment and retention, fostering a sense of belonging and well-being, professional development opportunities, networking, identifying high-potential talent, enhancing team member engagement, strengthening community connections, addressing health access/care for all.
Membership is open to all full-time and part-time team members. All full-time and part-time team members are welcome to participate fully in any TMRG regardless of their demographic identity.
**Women in Leadership TMRG also requires that members must hold an HMH leadership position of supervisory or above for membership**
