Welcome to the Headache Medicine Fellowship

The 1-year, UCNS-accredited Headache Medicine Fellowship at JFK University Medical Center offers an exceptional foundation for your career. Situated in a desirable central New Jersey location, our program allows you to thrive both personally and professionally. Edison, New Jersey is closely located to public transportation and has direct access to Philadelphia and New York. Our fellowship provides a rich and balanced clinical experience, preparing you for a successful career in either an academic or private practice setting. You will train under the guidance of experienced, board-certified faculty who are dedicated to mentorship and providing one-on-one instruction. Upon successful completion, you will be eligible for the United Council of Neurologic Subspecialties (UCNS) subspecialty certification in Headache Medicine.

This program focuses on training subspecialty trained physicians in the current study and practice of Headache Medicine to serve as the principal care physician for headache management. Fellows Our curriculum is enhanced by a comprehensive series of didactic lectures, weekly case conferences, journal clubs, and workshops. Fellows are strongly encouraged to engage in research projects, with mentorship and support to present findings at national conferences.
