This one year fellowship program is accredited by the ACGME. Our Joint Commission-designated Comprehensive Stroke Center provides unparalleled clinical experience with a high volume and diverse patient population, exposing you to a wide range of complex vascular neurology cases. Our comprehensive curriculum includes a dedicated fellow lecture series, teaching in our 12-bed stroke unit, neurocritical care unit, and electives in stroke rehabilitation (in affiliation with Johnson Rehabilitation Hospital), neurovascular ultrasound, and neurointerventional surgery, all meant to enrich your educational experience in preparationfor a successful career.

Fellows have ample opportunities to participate in investigator-initiated research as well as partake in various multi-center national clinical trials. Fellows are also encouraged to participate in educating our neurology residents and medical students.
