On this edition of Up Close, anchor Bill Ritter interviews Jose Lozano, vice president and chief of staff at Hackensack Meridian Health, who is heading up Governor-elect Phil Murphy’s transition team. Lozano, who is currently on a leave of absence from Hackensack Meridian Health, discusses the work that is underway leading up to Murphy’s inauguration on January 16. Lozano is known in the New Jersey business community for his efforts to help Hackensack University Health Network merge with Meridian Health in the summer of 2016.
