Monmouth County health providers trying to stem the tide of opioid addiction among new mothers have begun to use technology to deliver encouragement and inspiration on demand. The Family Health Center at Jersey Shore University Medical Center is among three organizations participating in a pilot program to use technology to give new mothers another tool to turn to when their stress levels rise.
