Hackensack Meridian Health and Wyckoff Family YMCA Announce New Partnership Focused on Population Health

Hackensack Meridian Health is pleased to announce a new partnership with the Wyckoff Family YMCA. In accordance with the newly formed partnership, Hackensack University Medical Center will have a major presence throughout the Wyckoff Y to provide health and wellness education service to YMCA members and area residents and will be designated as "The Trusted Health and Wellness Partner of the Wyckoff Family YMCA."

Hackensack University Medical Center will utilize space at the Wyckoff Family YMCA in Wyckoff as well as the Wyckoff Family YMCA annex in the Franklin Lakes Community Center for health care education, navigation and concierge services. Hackensack University Medical Center will also provide comprehensive health care education at both locations for the benefit of the communities in northern Bergen County.

Monthly programming will be held on topics including:  Ask the nurse: Adult Health and Wellness, Diabetes Self-Management Workshop, American Heart Association Hands-Only CPR, Healthy Kids and Women's Wellness Day.
