CIANJ: Hackensack Meridian Health to Add GPS in Hospitals to Help Patients and Families Better Navigate

Hackensack Meridian Health is pleased to announce a partnership with Connexient, the health care leader in digital wayfinding and indoor GPS, to help patients and families better navigate the network’s 17 hospitals. Hackensack Meridian Healthinitially deployed Connexient’s MediNav successfully at Hackensack University Medical Center and plans to launch the technology at Jersey Shore University Medical Center in March. Ultimately, it will be deployed at all network hospitals. Additionally, Connexient’s MediNav will be integrated with Epic’s MyChart within the HMH Well mobile application which gives users access to lab results, appointment information, current medications, immunization history and more on their mobile device.
