Vanessa Bayer joins fellow survivors at Wyckoff National Cancer Survivors Day event

Cancer can be a difficult subject to talk about, something actress Vanessa Bayer knows first-hand after she was diagnosed as a freshman in high school. She spoke about her experiences at an event recently at the Wyckoff Y for National Cancer Survivor’s Day, a time for celebration, inspiration, support and outreach for those impacted by the disease. The YMCA, Hackensack University Medical Center and Friends’ health Connection organized the event.
