Hackensack Meridian Health Meridian Health Foundation is pleased to announce the addition of Jacqueline M. Bartley-Oxley, J.D., from the Red Bank section of Middletown, as vice president for development. Bartley-Oxley oversees annual giving and grants, as well as planned giving, working closely with donors to achieve their philanthropic goals as part of the donor's overall financial and estate planning.
