“Our performance in 2018 is a culmination of years of hard work by our physicians and skilled care coordinators,” said William F. Oser, M.D., director of JFK Health ACO. “Our team is dedicated to helping keep out patients healthy and active in their community and life.”

The JFK Health ACO also posted robust quality scores, significantly increasing its performance in several key benchmarks when compared to performance year 2017.

“JFK Health ACO’s strong performance in quality and savings is proof of Hackensack Meridian Health’s commitment to a value-based care model and how we’re finding innovative ways to our data in caring for our patients,” said Patrick R. Young, president of Population Health at Hackensack Meridian Health.
