Anamika Desai, MBA, FACHE Honored by CIANJ as a Generation Now Game Changer

Hackensack Meridian Health is pleased to announce that Anamika Roy Desai, MBA, FACHE, director of Growth and Development, Strategy and Business Development, Hackensack Meridian Health, has been recognized by the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey (CIANJ) as a Generation Now Game Changer.
“I want to congratulate Anamika Desai on this well-deserved recognition,” said Robert C. Garrett, FACHE, CEO of Hackensack Meridian Health. “Her vision, talent, and dedication help to further our mission to transform health care and serve as a leader of positive change.”
Generation Now, CIANJ’s young professionals group, honored future leaders of New Jersey (ages 18-39) as innovators and paradigm shifters from various industries who have demonstrated exemplary leadership and have acted as stewards of excellence that have propelled their organization to new heights.
In her role, network-wide, Ms. Desai impacts leadership, development and management of the physician relationship program. An engineer by training and a six sigma green belt, part of her role incorporates the development of tools and processes to ensure operational efficiencies that benefit patient experience. Ms. Desai synthesizes market intelligence, identifying emerging trends and developing methodologies to help drive strategic decisions.
The honorees were presented their awards at CIANJ’s 92nd Annual Luncheon on October 18, 2019 at the Hilton Meadowlands.
