Hackensack Meridian Health Conducts Community Health Needs Assessment

Hackensack Meridian Health, New Jersey’s largest and most comprehensive health network, welcomes its community members to participate in its Community Health Needs Assessment survey. This survey, conducted once every three years, provides a unique opportunity to those in the area to share their feedback on local health issues that impact our area the most.
How to Participate in the Survey
Residents in Hudson through Ocean counties can take the online survey now until April 4, 2025. Those who take the survey will help Hackensack Meridian Health’s hospitals as well as public health departments and health care providers assess the health status of their community.
