Hackensack Meridian Health Foundation Welcomes Two New Trustees to Bayshore Medical Center Foundation

Hackensack Meridian Health Foundation, the philanthropic division of Hackensack Meridian Health, a leading not-for-profit health care organization that is the largest, most comprehensive and truly integrated health care network in New Jersey, is pleased to announce the addition of two new trustees to Hackensack Meridian Bayshore Medical Center Foundation.

Bayshore Medical Center Foundation welcomes Christopher “Chris” Gribble to its Board of Trustees. Gribble is a managing director and market team lead at J.P. Morgan Private Bank where he advises a variety of insurance executives, hedge fund managers and other financial professionals. Along with a deep knowledge of wealth management strategies, Gribble has a deep sense of community; Gribble previously served on the board of the Princeton-Blairstown Center, an organization dedicated to helping young people by nurturing their social-emotional skills.

Bayshore Medical Center Foundation is also pleased to introduce Keri Todisco as a new trustee. Todisco is an entrepreneur who also consults as an HR recruiter in the fashion industry, where she previously worked as an HR executive for companies like Polo Ralph Lauren, Versace and Brooks Brothers. A longtime Holmdel resident, Todisco has brought her personal gifting and mini party-planning company, “Little Miss Gift It,” to entrepreneurial students at Holmdel High School to encourage students to follow their passions.

The new trustees will work alongside an enthusiastic group of community leaders, led by chair Richard Kolber, vice chair Lori Ann Davidson, secretary Carol Stillwell and treasurer Asaad H. Samra, M.D., FACS, to contribute to key fundraising priorities at Bayshore Medical Center. All funds raised at Bayshore will remain local to that hospital, while also contributing to Hackensack Meridian Health Foundation’s Be The Difference campaign, a bold initiative aimed at raising $1 billion to revolutionize health care. With more than $830 million raised for the campaign, community support will help the organization impact change for four key areas: patient care, advanced research, medical education and access to care for all.

“This is a critical time in philanthropy and patient care, and we are thrilled to welcome Mr. Gribble and Mrs. Todisco to help us continue to transform health care in their community,” said Joyce P. Hendricks, president and chief development officer of Hackensack Meridian Health Foundation, which oversees the affiliated hospital foundations for Hackensack Meridian Health. “Their unique skills and experience will be a tremendous benefit to Bayshore Medical Center and the patients who go there for exceptional health care.”
