In addition, if a Fellow accepts a Fellowship at AHCH the Fellow will be required to complete a fingerprint-based criminal background check, at no cost to the Fellow. While employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, a criminal conviction does not automatically prohibit employment. However, a history of a felony or misdemeanor may prevent the Fellow from working at the Audrey Hepburn Children’s House. Employment eligibility will be determined by the administration, in consultation with Human Resources.
