Welcome to the 4-Year Combined Fellowship

We offer a unique and highly sought-after 4-year combined fellowship track, accepting one exceptional candidate per year for this integrated program. This premier pathway is designed to create leaders in cerebrovascular care by providing comprehensive training across three subspecialties in a seamless, progressive curriculum.

The journey begins with a foundational year in our ACGME-accredited Vascular Neurology Fellowship. The second and third years are dedicated to mastering complex patient management in our UCNS-accredited Neurocritical Care Fellowship. A key feature of this program is the longitudinal exposure to Interventional Neurology, which is integrated throughout the first three years to ensure fellows build the prerequisite skills for the final, dedicated year in our UCNS-accredited Interventional Neurology Fellowship. Upon successful completion of this rigorous 4-year program, fellows will be eligible to sit for specialty board examinations in Vascular Neurology (ABPN), Neurocritical Care (UCNS), and Interventional Neurology (UCNS).
