PM&R Residency

The Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) Residency Program at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School is fully accredited (five-year) by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).  We are the Department of PM&R for both Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine.

Our three-year program begins at the PGY-2 level. The American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation defines guidelines for appropriate PGY-1 training in preparation for entering a PM&R residency program.

Brain Injury Medicine and Pain Medicine Fellowships

In addition, we have 2 ACGME accredited fellowships at our PM&R program: Brain Injury Medicine and Pain Medicine.
