Ingredients

  • ½ cup packed fresh basil
  • ¼ cup packed fresh mint
  • ⅓ cup packed fresh dill
  • ¼ cup chopped green onion
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 small garlic cloves
  • 1½ cups crumbled feta cheese
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • Pinch of chili flakes
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Add the basil, mint, dill, green onion, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, feta, Greek yogurt and chili flakes to a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
