Our practice utilizes a focused and coordinated approach to the management of Warfarin (Coumadin) Therapy. We are a state-of-the-art, referral-based service with an expertise in coagulation therapy. Our multi-disciplinary team will work closely with you and your physician in successfully and effectively managing your anticoagulation needs. We invite you to be more involved in your ongoing anticoagulation management. We are here to answer any questions or concerns specific to your health needs.
Our Services
- Comprehensive education about Warfarin therapy
- INR lab test via a finger stick with immediate results done in the comfort of our office (within minutes, you will receive a written test result, dosage instructions and an appointment for your next visit)
- Prescriptions as needed
- Bridge therapy, if needed
- Education and an opportunity to speak to a nutritionist and pharmacist about drug and food interactions which may interfere with the effectiveness of the medication
