Providers at this LocationThe physicians on our pediatric rheumatology team are board certified and fellowship-trained. They have extensive experience treating children with rheumatologic conditions – whether it be autoimmune or inflammatory diseases, or conditions causing pain in muscles, joints or connective tissues.
Our Pediatric Rheumatology physicians work collaboratively with pediatricians, orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, pain management specialists, child life specialists, infection control specialists, hematologists, gastroenterologists and other pediatric subspecialists to provide children with the most comprehensive care to manage the most complex rheumatologic disorders. With seamless access to the Department of Pediatric Rheumatology at K. Hovnanian Children’s Hospital at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, pediatric patients have opportunities to participate in national and international research initiatives providing the latest advances in therapy.
