Our laboratories offer a broad scope of inpatient and outpatient services, provided by a team of board-certified pathologists. Our team understands that medical testing can be a frightening experience and are dedicated to putting you at ease throughout the process with timely, courteous and efficient service.

Appointments are not necessary for most tests. However, you may need to fast, so call the lab to verify any special requirements for your test(s).

What To Expect for Your Lab Visit

We want every patient to feel informed and comfortable before testing. Here’s what you should know before arriving for lab work:

  •  Appointments: Walk-ins are welcome; some sites offer online scheduling.
  • Less busy times: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays after 1 p.m.
  • Typical results timeline: Most tests are completed within 24 hours; specialty tests may take up to a week.
  • What to bring: A photo ID, insurance card, and your doctor’s lab order.
  • Hope Tower lab hours: Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; Saturday, 7 a.m.–11:30 a.m.
