Application Process
The AHCH Doctoral Psychology Internship Program is fully accredited by the APA and a member of APPIC participating in the match application process.
All applications must be complete and submitted through the AAPI Liaisons Outcomes Portal.
AHCH also requires supplemental attachments:
1. Letter of Interest
2. A curriculum Vitae (CV)
3. De-Identified Sample Psychological Evaluation Report:
- clearly conducted and written by the candidate,
- on agency letterhead
- signed by both the trainee and supervising psychologist.
If offered an internship with AHCH, we require completion of a criminal background check, at no cost to you. While employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, a criminal conviction does not automatically prohibit employment. Eligibility for employment will be determined by the administration, in consultation with Human Resources. Similarly, applicants are expected to submit to a urinalysis drug screen.
