Program Structure

Our training program is designed to expose interns to a variety of clinical opportunities in both medical and behavioral health settings. Our inpatient training provides a robust, immersive experience into the provision of care to patients with comorbid psychiatric and general medical conditions while our outpatient services provide interns with the opportunity to conduct behavioral health treatments to community members across the lifespan.

The Internship at JSUMC offers two tracks: General Psychology (2 positions) and Neuropsychology (2 positions). Both tracks offer a full-time, 12-month internship organized into two six-month rotations. Interns spend four days per week on a primary rotation and one day equivalent on a minor rotation.
