Partnering With You to Deliver Lifesaving ECLS Care

Hackensack University Medical Center and Jersey Shore University Medical Center serve as a regional ECMO referral and retrieval center. In addition to providing ECMO to our own patients, we are committed to providing timely, collaborative, seamless coordination with referring physicians and hospitals.

ECMO Referral

We serve as a tertiary ECMO referral center for New Jersey, with a growing network of partner hospitals and streamlined transfer protocols.

If you would like to discuss a case or refer a patient, please call the HUMC Transfer Center Line: 855-367-4862, and ask to consult with the ECMO Provider on-call.
