To raise awareness of Hackensack Meridian Health and Jersey Shore University Medical Center’s sustainability efforts, Jersey Shore held a Zero Waste Dinner on International Stop Food Waste Day compliments of the medical center’s Food and Nutrition service provider Morrison Healthcare.
