Why HUMC: HUMC has all the resources that I needed. It is a third tertiary medical center where you can see all kinds of pathologies on a daily basis, it has BMT/Cell therapies and numerous clinical trials where patients get cutting edge cancer treatments. Faculties here are all very nice and really deem to train the next generation of hematologists/oncologists well. The location is great, right next to NYC while much lower cost of living expenses.
