Application Process

Thank you for your interest in pursuing a Fellowship in Pulmonary Disease at Hackensack Meridian Health Jersey Shore University Medical Center.

Fellowship program applications will be accepted and reviewed only via ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service).

Applicants are urged to submit their completed applications early when ERAS opens. This ensures prompt review of their applications and facilitates early correspondence for those candidates selected to interview with our program.

Our Fellowship program application requirements are:

• Successful completion of USMLE Steps I and II or COMLEX Steps I and II
• Three letters of recommendation (letter from program director strongly recommended)
• Personal Statement
• ECFMG Status

Competitive applicants are invited for a mandatory interview that also provides an opportunity to meet our faculty. All applicants are considered regardless of age, gender, race, religion, place of origin, marital status, parental status, disability or any other factors.
