Jacob Noel, son of Robinson and Laura Marmolejos of Perth Amboy, was the first baby of the new year born in the Dr. Sam Gordon Berkow Maternity Pavilion at Raritan Bay Medical Center-Perth Amboy. Jacob Noel, the couple’s second child, arrived Tuesday, Jan. 2, at 2:15 a.m., weighing 7 pounds, 11 ounces. (This article and photo was also featured in The Courier News.)
