Coaster: Special Needs Dance Instructor Honored with Proclamation

Jersey Shore University Medical Center security guard Jay Bowman was recently recognized by the Raine Foundation, a special needs organization. For the past dozen years, Jay has been teaching young people with special needs how to dance. He was recently honored with a proclamation from State Legislator Declan O’Scanlon and Freeholder, Serena DiMaso.
