Health consortium launches behavioral technology for women with OUD

Central Jersey Family Health Consortium, in association with the NJ DOH and GoMo Health, a population health management and patient engagement company, announced the launch of two remote care management programs designed to support prenatal and postpartum mothers with opioid use disorder (OUD) and their providers. The programs will be in collaboration with three pilot sites in Monmouth County, inicluding the Jane H. Booker Family Health Center at Jersey Shore University Medical Center. Other partners include JSAS HealthCare Inc., and Monmouth Medical Center.
