CAMTS awards new accreditation and multiple reaccreditations

The Commission on Accreditation of Medical Transport Systems (CAMTS) recently awarded new accreditation to one medical transport service and reaccreditation to 23 services at the CAMTS April 2019 board meeting in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The reaccreditation includes Hackensack Meridian Health’s Air Med One. CAMTS accreditation helps medical transport organizations ensure the highest safety and customer care through a rigorous outside audit process. Reaccreditation is required every three years to ensure operators continue to meet a continually raised bar of best practices and standards.
