Spiritual support is available at Bayshore through our interfaith pastoral care program, which is based on the understanding that meaningful life embraces the hope of physical, psychological, and spiritual well being. The staff consists of a chaplain/director, coordinator and support staff of hospital volunteers and volunteer pastoral visitors from area congregations. During your stay, you will be visited by one of these volunteers. If you wish a member of your clergy or congregation to visit, we will make those arrangements. If you are not a member of a particular congregation, we can arrange a visit by a person of your faith or the hospital Chaplain. Our Interfaith Memorial Chapel is located on the third floor and is open 24 hours a day. For pastoral care services, call extension 7074 or dial “0”.
