Bariatric Surgery
Our board-certified surgeons specialize in minimally invasive laparoscopic and robotic weight loss/bariatric procedures as well as revisional surgery. Through the use of minimally invasive techniques we reduce the time needed to heal and recover while also decreasing pain immediately following surgery.
Our experienced surgeons understand that hormones play a big role in weight management. By altering the anatomy appropriately through weight loss surgery, we change the metabolism which improves long term success.
We have seen much success with patients using the following bariatric surgical techniques:

Revision Surgery
Many of our patients have had weight loss surgery in the past and have regained the weight. There can be many reasons for this including sub-optimal bariatric procedures. We specialize in advanced revision techniques and have had much success with the following revision surgeries:
- Advanced revisions of Sleeve Gastrectomy
- Revision of Gastric Bypass
- Sleeve conversion to Gastric Bypass or duodenal switch

One of our physicians, Dr. Jawed also specializes in cutting edge radio-frequency skin tightening cosmetic procedures. He is one of the most experienced physicians in this field in NJ for weight loss patients. These procedures allow you to tighten, tone and transform your body.
These specific procedures include:
- Morpheus8 - Fractional Remodeling: This is a nonsurgical cosmetic treatment that stimulates brand new tighter and more youthful skin through collagen production by activating the body’s natural healing.
- Body Tite - Body Contouring: Radio Frequency Assisted Lipolysis (RFAL) is used to melt and remove fat. Heat is targeted at the skin to generate new collagen to help lift and smooth skin.
