At our comprehensive care center we have an integrated team dedicated to treating all forms demyelinating and autoimmune conditions that affect your brain, optic nerves and spinal cord - not just multiple sclerosis. We treat Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Neuromyelitis Optica (NMO), Myelin Oligodendrocyte Glycoprotein Antibody Disease Disorder (MOGAD), optic neuritis, transverse myelitis, acute disseminated encephalomyelitis, neurosarcoidosis, autoimmune encephalitis, and offer a full range of services to diagnose and manage multiple sclerosis effectively.

When you come to our Center, we will partner with you to make a personalized treatment plan based on your main concerns, medical history, a thorough examination, MRI findings, life situation and other factors.
Your treatment plan will focus on improving memory difficulties, mood symptoms related to MS, bladder and bowel issues, sleep disorders and fatigue, headaches/trigeminal neuralgia, neuropathic pain, gait and balance, spasms and stiffness, vision problems, tremors & sexual dysfunction
MS medications are utilized to manage symptoms, treat relapses, and reduce the number of attacks and/or slow the progression of the disease.

- A referral from your primary care physician, if required by your insurance plan.
- A list of all current medications, vitamins, and supplements you are taking, including dosages.
- Any recent lab results, blood sugar logs, or imaging reports (such as thyroid ultrasounds) related to your condition.

Meet Our Team
Our integrated care team will work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan that meets your physical, cognitive and emotional needs. Our center is led by Krupa Pandey, M.D., director of the MS Center and director of clinical trials at Hackensack University Medical Center, and Florian P. Thomas, M.D., Ph.D., founder of the MS Center and chair of the Department of Neurology and Neuroscience Institute at Hackensack University Medical Center.
