Support Groups

Hackensack Meridian Health understands that everyone will face a difficult life challenge at some point, whether the loss of a loved one, learning to live with a chronic disease or facing cancer. Hackensack Meridian Health offers numerous community-based support groups for patients and their caregivers, where sharing with others who are going through the same experience can provide education, comfort and support.
