The HMH Well app gives users the ability to manage their health needs. Patients can get directions to the nearest facilities and view Urgent Care wait times, and we're adding Find a Doctor capability. Now you can find a doctor by name, location, and specialty. You'll be able to call them right from the app or find directions to their office. Through the MyChart feature, patients can book an appointment, see their lab results, send a message to their physician, and renew a prescription

HMH Wayfinding

A digital navigation tool, helping you find your way around Hackensack Meridian Health hospital facilities. The app provides step-by-step directions throughout the campus. View indoor maps, search for specific locations, browse common points of interest, and navigate to selected destinations
