- Any recent lab results, blood sugar logs, or imaging reports (such as thyroid ultrasounds) related to your condition.
- A list of questions you have for the endocrinologist.
Our office is located at 795 Franklin Ave, Building A, in Franklin Lakes.
- Coming from the west (Route 287), look for the gas station on the left and then make the first left, and then another left to find Building A. Parking is readily available and you enter through the front main door.
- Coming from the southeast, take the first right after the Franklin Lakes post office and then make the first left to find Building A.
We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
