John Theurer Cancer Center is part of the NCI-designated Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center at Georgetown University. The institutions, which began their collaboration in 2015, share passion and expertise in research which help to develop new therapies and understand cancer at the population level. Sarcoma Slam Dunk
Sports were always a big part of Sherman Edmonds’ life. Growing up to be a towering 6'5", he was destined to play basketball, first at Fairleigh Dickinson University, then overseas in Chile, Santo Domingo and Milan.
